I sent my customer three documents to sign. All three of them refuse to submit, returning a large red box at the top right stating "Signing Failed There was an error processing the request, please try again." I tried to paste a screenshot here, but much like the overall support structure for the platform, the forums are not meant to be user friendly either. The only thing I could even try to communicate with was an AI that told me to submit a support ticket, but when I tried to do that, I found myself redirected to every "resource" other than a human that can help. How is it possible that there is no documentation on a programed error message, honestly.

Sorry for the late reply, I just today received notification that this comment was posted. 

No, I never received any support for this issue. 

My solution was to use DocuSign and had no issues there with the same documents.
