Sandra Kay Posted May 8 Report Share Posted May 8 (edited) I had trouble accessing my Nitro Pro 12 so I uninstalled it from my computer. I have downloaded a trial but cannot activate my old serial number 234601******** into this trial. I have gone into the help page where it searched and found my license. There is a deactivate button in red. I clicked this and an error message came up saying "Please select devices to deactivate" There is nowhere to select a device. I understand you have issues activating Nitro PDF Pro using your serial number. I checked your serial number, and I can see that 0 out of 2 activations are used, which is why you are unable to deactivate it in the portal. Issues can occur if a different version of Nitro is installed on your computer and your serial number is for a specific version of Nitro that doesn't match the one installed on your computer.
