MY FILES CANT OPEN CORRECTLY AT NITRO 14

So when i upgrade nitro 13 to nitro 14 with new license, i can open my files correctly. like picture below, please i need solution

- What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab
- Is the issue file-specific, or is it happening in all files?
- Can you please send us sample files so we can check the file and replicate the issue?

Yeah its only file from jurnal.id
