Kate Ashdown Posted May 9 Report Share Posted May 9 We have sent a client a document to sign, to include a time stamp of when they sign. The client is able to upload and type their signature but when they click to submit the signed document, a red box pops up in the corner to say "Signing Failed - There was an error processing the request, please try again" Not sure why this is happening.
