I cannot "Create PDF" of an email in Outlook Office365 other than by using the File/Print/Nitro PDF Creator.

Windows 11 using Version Nitro PDF Pro 14.19.1.29

Is there an update or other?

Many thanks

Colin

Hi @Colin Stewart

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums.

Please be informed that we are having an issue creating PDFs via Outlook.

We are aware of the issue and are actively working to fix it.

In the meantime, a workaround is to print the email via Nitro PDF Creator to create a PDF copy of the email.

You can also try to install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 14 here: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads

Thank you.

Greetings @Colin Stewart

The Office plugins depend on the correct file association being set up for the files being converted. In this case, the .msg files should be associated with Outlook.exe.
If this is the cause of the issue of not being able to convert an Outlook email to PDF, please try the following, and see if this resolves the issue:

1. Using Windows Search, search for Settings and access it.
2. Click Apps, then select Default Apps.
3. Select Choose Default apps by file type.
4. Look for .msg and configure it to open using the Outlook app.
