Decode Group Posted May 21 Report Share Posted May 21 I cant access the certain pdf files in a shared folder. Some pdf files we are able to open in Adobe Acrobat Reader but not in Nitro Pro. My nitro pro is version 12.16.9.574 The error message is: "YourFolder/File.pdf could not be opened.
