Paul Cahill Posted May 22 Report Share Posted May 22 I recently purchased a new computer and i need to install nitro back on to the new computer but I am having problems. I have requested a free trial so that i can download the full version but when I try to log in, I can not remember my password, I have requested my password to be sent to me but when I do, it says there is an error. I have downloaded the free trial so that I can get the full version but it is not allowing me to sign in on it. I have my serial number from my last purchase.
