We have multiple users who are using the Nitro Pro Email to PDF conversion tool implemented through our outlook add-in. When they attempt to use it It goes through the process like normal but when it start converting it just sits there.
Our troubleshooting steps to-date include:
Waiting to make sure it is hanging.
Uninstalled and reinstalled both Outlook and Nitro.
Wiped all information on both software's out and reinstalled from scratch.
Ran-through this Forum post which looked to be similar to our problem:

Hi @Leonard Meredith

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums.

Please be informed that we are having an issue creating PDFs via Outlook.

We are aware of the issue and are actively working to fix it.

In the meantime, a workaround is to print the email via Nitro PDF Creator to create a PDF copy of the email.

Thank you.

Is there a different workaround you can provide that allows my users to create a bulk email to pdf?
I have people in payroll who need to do 100+ of these emails.

Greetings @Leonard Meredith

The Office plugins depend on the correct file association being set up for the files being converted. In this case, the .msg files should be associated with Outlook.exe.
If this is the cause of the issue of not being able to convert an Outlook email to PDF, please try the following, and if this resolves the issue:

1. Using Windows Search, search for Settings and access it.
2. Click Apps, then select Default Apps.
3. Select Choose Default apps by file type.
4. Look for .msg and configure it to open using the Outlook app.

Hi

setting the msg file type default as outlook worked to an extent - the email converted to a Nitro PSD, I could name it and save it where i wanted to (just like I could before the glitch) BUT, even though I have the 'open PDF file after creation' box ticked in the task bar, the document doesn't open once created - I have to go to where I saved it.

Any ideas?

Regards
