Outlook Converting emails to PDF

I keep getting these failed conversion error messages when selecting multiples emails in a folder to convert into a PDF package with attachments embedded.

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

The Office plugins depend on the correct file association being set up for the files being converted. In this case, the .msg files should be associated with Outlook.exe.
If this is the cause of the issue of not being able to convert an Outlook email to PDF, please try the following and see if it resolves the issue:

1. Using Windows Search, search for Settings and access it.
2. Click Apps, then select Default Apps.
3. Select Choose Default apps by file type.
4. Look for .msg and configure it to open using the Outlook app.
