Nitro Admin Owner Change

Hello,

We've updated to Nitro Pro 14 and started assigning licenses through the go nitro admin portal. However, the original account owner is no longer with our company and our other admin accounts are unable to change the owner settings. Is there a way we can update the owner settings?

Please provide the following so we can review and apply the requested changes:

1. Name of the account.
2. Current Account owner in the Nitro Admin portal. 
3. The name and email address of the new Account Owner.

The i*****@stevens.ca must exist on your account profile so we can assign it as the Account Owner in your Nitro Admin portal. 
A support case will be created on your behalf to better assist with this admin portal change.
