Trial Installation on AVD

Hello there,

I'm supporting a client that would like to test NitroPDF on their AVD instance. Currently there are only a handful users that access this server, and only one will be actively testing NitroPDF. I tried installing the trial of NitroPDF on the base machine with a scope for all users, but the user was unavailable for testing and the trial expired.

My two installation-related questions are:

Is this a supported method for installing NitroPDF on a VDI solution like AVD? 

Since the trial was never tested, would it be possible to reset the 14-day trial?

Could you please confirm if you installed Nitro PDF Pro 14 using the installer from the link below?
https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads

If so, please provide the Nitro computer ID that is saved in the application. The Nitro computer ID can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro PDF Pro > Activate > Advanced.

I have made some adjustments to that Nitro Computer ID, including the reset of the trial period. 
Please close Nitro PDF Pro and launch it again. Please let me know if it is now running during the 14-day trial period.
