Hi There,

I have 2 licenses for Nitro 12 and unable to upgrade. Following error shows up

 

We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.

Nitro Activation /upgrade issue.

I've been encountering an issue with Nitro activation and upgrade. I've been attempting to reach Nitro support, but there seems to be no direct contact option available, leading me to this forum instead. I've sent several emails but received no response. Additionally, when I checked the portal, it shows that my serial number is valid for an upgrade, but when I try to proceed on the upgrade page, it fails to retrieve information. This situation is extremely frustrating as I'm not receiving any support. Who exactly do I need to contact to resolve this issue?

I am having the same problem. Trying to upgrade from Nitro Pro 13 to the new version (14). My email address is ****** and I'm happy to provide my serial number on request.
