Following error shows up We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. KRISHNA MORTHI PARCHIAPA Posted June 14 Author Report Share Posted June 14 Nitro Activation /upgrade issue. I've been encountering an issue with Nitro activation and upgrade. I've been attempting to reach Nitro support, but there seems to be no direct contact option available, leading me to this forum instead. I've sent several emails but received no response. Additionally, when I checked the portal, it shows that my serial number is valid for an upgrade, but when I try to proceed on the upgrade page, it fails to retrieve information.
