Activation Problems on new PC

Wow... trying to submit a support ticket is a joke, just takes you in a big loop. Can't activate on new PC.. when you try to deactivate just tells you to pick a device, which is not an option.  Already deactivated on old PC.  No way to call tech support, no way to submit a ticket, just loops you back to deactivate. what a joke. can anyone help here ? NOT impressed with Nitro's nonexistent tech support options at all !  Old PC was running v12 new PC downloads v14. How do I activate this software. Standard procedure just does not work and NOBODY to call.
