Nitro Admin - Merging users

Hello,

I am an Admin for our Nitro Sign Business account. We are using SSO to create users automatically from user Microsoft accounts. I needed to perform a name change on an employee's Microsoft account today, and this has created a duplicate account under the new name, and the employee does not have access to their Nitro Sign cloud documents. What is the best way to resolve this? My guess would be to change the email on their old account and delete their new one, but I would like Nitro to confirm first in case of a preferred alternative.
