Hello,

 

This is my first time I am using this PDF editor and to be honest I am not so happy with. The system is used to show disruptions very often. It is shown a frozen screen (there seems to be reloading the app) but also very often I need to access with my user. I am not sure if there is something related to an error between the wirndws 10 or something else.

I understand you are experiencing issues using Nitro PDF Pro, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

 

I would love to know more about the issue. I have several questions for you:

 - What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab 
- Is the issue file-specific, or is it happening in all files?
- If it's a specific file, can you please send us a sample file so we can check? 

Reinstalling Nitro PDF Pro can fix the issue with the app, and checking for a Windows update can also fix the issue, as sometimes a Windows update can cause an issue with the existing application installed on the computer.
