I tried to activate Nitro Pro 13 and it told me the serial number I entered doesn't exist. When I check the serial number/license it shows activate. Thank you for your help. Please check which version is installed on your computer by navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the version is not Nitro Pro 13, please uninstall and then install version 13 using the installer from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro PDF Pro 13' link. Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 13 license.
