Logged out - Reset password and still not logging in!!??

I need access to nitro pro now! our company has paid the full amount and I've been logged out and it won't log me back in, even after resetting my password!

I understand that you are having issues accessing your Nitro Account.

If you are still having issues accessing your Nitro Account, I have sent a password reset for your Nitro Account.

Please ignore the email if you no longer need to reset your password. 

You can download Nitro PDF Pro 14 using the following link: https://www.gonitro.com/installers/nls/v14/msi/download

Once installed, there is an option for you to log in at the top right corner of the app, and once logged in, it will activate your Nitro PDF Pro.
