Stanislaw Staruch Posted July 10 Report Share Posted July 10 Hi NitroPro, I am using ver 13 on both Windows 10 and 11 and have no problems with Polish characters. I purchased licence in January'24 and installed ver 14 on new pc with Windows 11 - NO POLISH CHARACTERS. I removed it and installed ver 13 with license I had for ver13 - all is fine so far. Question: can I use my ver 14 licence to install ver 13 of NitroPro ? as the new ver 14 if of no use for me. Or get my money back Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Could you please share a screenshot to illustrate the availability of Polish characters in version 13 that are not available in version 14? If a document is involved, you can share the file here so we can test and see if we can reproduce the issue.
