Donna Liu Posted May 21 Report Share Posted May 21 Hi, our firm purchased the Nitro PDF Pro 14 perpetual license. But some files do not display correctly as @IT REXLINE. Is there a fix? For example, all Toronto Water & Solid Waste Management Bills show up as gibberish. Also, why do some pdf files do not allow edit mode but when I use adobe pro I am able to edit the document? The document behavior described by the user IT Rexline from post Link Here, seems related to the issue we discovered in 14.19 and above, which is already fixed in the 14.24 build. I recommend to update your Nitro PDF Pro 14 to the latest build and observe whether the issue persists.
