It is just circling the responses. I've entered my serial number (which IS found), but when I try to activate on my new PC, it says the serial number is NOT found. Etc Etc Etc. Please help!! After checking, it seems like you are missing a number for 'A' in 504985-uvwxyz-1A3168. Can you please review again your invoice to get the correct serial number?
