Serial number for Nitro Pro 13 desktop version does not work

Good afternoon,

I have had Nitro Pro for some time.  I was provided a serial number and had to change computers.  When I try to download and activate, the serial number is not accepted.

I am having the exact same issue. And..... the system will not allow me to submit a Support Ticket.

It is just circling the responses. I've entered my serial number (which IS found), but when I try to activate on my new PC, it says the serial number is NOT found. Etc Etc Etc.

Please help!!

After checking, it seems like you are missing a number for 'A' in 504985-uvwxyz-1A3168.

Can you please review again your invoice to get the correct serial number?
