Having Issues uploading to Nitro Sign

Every since last Tuesday we are not able to upload documents to Nitro sign. After hitting the Request Signature button, Nitro just spin and spin.

Has anyone else experience this issue? If so, point me in the right direction to correct this issue.

I understand that you are having issues using Nitro Sign.

Please allow me to ask a couple of questions to better assist you.

Are you the only one that is experiencing the issue within the organization?

If you haven't tried to use a different browser, please try to use a different browser when requesting a signature.

In some cases, issues happen due to network restrictions, so please try to use Nitro Sign using your personal connection if possible.

If you are already connected to your personal network and are still having issues with your Nitro Sign, please let me know.

Is there a version of Nitro for a Chromebook?  I hate to have to buy another laptop.

Hi Joseph

No everyone in my office is having trouble and this started last Tuesday July 9th at 2:45 PM CST.

We can get to the site cloud.gonitro.com. The problem occurs when we used the desktop application and select Request Signature. During the process of uploading the image it just spin and spin.

We have use FireFox, Chrome, and Edge and the application still will not upload the document.

We connected to a Hot Spot and can upload the document. I am wondering if maybe Nitro is blocking uploads from our site.

Our public ip adress is 208.44.179.195

 

also, we ran a trace route, and we reach your site within 9 tries.

Unfortunately, Nitro PDF Pro is not compatible with Chromebooks.

Thank you for contacting Nitro, and I apologize for the late response.

Are you still experiencing the issue within the office?

It's likely a firewall issue, and you might need to whitelist a specific address to use for Nitro Sign.

Kindly whitelist the following address for Nitro Sign:
 

nitro-temp-storage-prod-ec1.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com

nitrocloud-prod-ec1.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com

nitrocloud-prod.s3.us-west-1.amazonaws.com
