Nitro 14 - DiscardVirtualMemory / libcef.dll error

Good afternoon all,
Getting the following error when trying to launch Nitro 14 on one of our PCs. 

NitroPDF.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point DiscardVirtualMemory could not be located
in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Nitro\PDF Pro\14\libcef.dll

I tried a full uninstall/reinstall of Nitro, no change, as well as reboot of the host machine. The .dll file referenced IS in place I confirmed. 
The PC has 24GB of RAM and is not hitting full resource usage. 

What else can we check?
