Jason Karns Posted July 18 Report Share Posted July 18 I purchased a free form fillable PDF, however when I open it it says "This document is restricted or has limited access to some features.". When I click on the options button it give me three choices to change the security settings, but asks for password I don't know or have and now I don't know to access this document to fill it out. It seems that the document is restricted to any form of edit or modification, which is why it is returning the message, "This document is restricted or has limited access to some features." If it is a fillable form PDF, I believe the only action that can be taken on the PDF is to fill in the form fields. You can see which actions are allowed and not allowed on the document by opening it in Nitro PDF Pro and then navigating to File > Document Properties > Security Tab.
