Freezing after saving a file

Version 1370.7.60 when saving a file, nitro is freezing and it is needed to cash it and restart it. This only happens when the file is saved to google drive

The amazing thing is that it freezes but it saves the file

I've done all the recommended procedures and even bought version 13, but the problem is still there

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums.

We do have a setting that can be utilized to boost the performance of Nitro PDF Pro when dealing with files shared on a network drive. That setting is changed through a Registry Key. 

If you don't have access, please have your IT Department change the following Registry Key

1. Open the registry editor as an Admin
2. Navigate to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Nitro\Pro\13\Settings
3. Look for network_disk_enabled and confirm this value is set to  /b 1 to enable this option.
4. Open Nitro Pro and test again.
