Nitro PDF Pro remains in Expired Trial mode after logging in

Hi

I follow the instructions of the excellent kb

kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000006794

But when you start the program they are not activated, remains in MODE TRIAL with the countdown time "X days left in trial"

Nitro account used for log in have a valid Nitro license applied to it.

I think I don't have to open a ticket for each user, they have to solve the root problem, verify the correct functioning of the admin portal https://admin.gonitro.com/overview
