Hello @fred young,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I checked your email address, and I can see that you purchased a subscription version of Nitro Pro, which is why no license or serial number was provided.

To install the right version, please go ahead and uninstall it through Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features and reboot your machine.

After rebooting, please visit https://admin.gonitro.com/, log in using the Nitro Sign username and password you created, and see the 'Nitro PDF - Download for Windows' button. Click to download the installer. 

After installing, launch the program. You should get a prompt to log in to your Nitro Sign account. This should change the program from 'Reader' mode to a full version.
