The serial number is: 234600142965xxxxxx and I have an e-mail previously from Nitro Support advising that it is valid. Please advise how I can get this upgraded please. I understand that you are unable to update your Nitro PDF Pro 12 license to v14. Bonnie Moore Posted August 1 Report Share Posted August 1 I want to upgrade from Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 to vs. 14. I have gone to the website listed above for upgrade and when I put my serial number in it says that I am "You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro.
