Jeanette Abbott Posted August 15 Report Share Posted August 15 I have Nitro Pro 12 and I have the Serial Number. I moved it from an old laptop to my new laptop. I deactivated the license from the old laptop and have the deactivation code. The software won't accept the Serial Number and I keep looping around in the support and getting nowhere. Jeanette Abbott Posted August 21 Author Report Share Posted August 21 (edited) Hi Allain, I sent the SN as requested last Friday and the message is still sitting there with the message that it was posted at 06:43 AM but the content needs to be approved before it can be edited. I am assuming you haven't seen it and wonder if you would you have any idea as to why it is still unapproved?
