Sara Faroni Posted September 18 Report Share Posted September 18 Hello everybody! I'm a Nitro's customer, but I can't use my Pro version, even though I purchased it correctly. Some time ago I had to switch my computer and after that I was not able to use the Pro version. I tried to deactivate and reactivate the license as suggested on the website ( https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal ), but nothing happens: I insert my serial number in order to fine the license. Once I click on the "deactivate" button, a pop up appears which says "Please select devices to deactivate". I click OK but then nothing happens Can you help me? Thank you very much! Please note we no longer support Nitro PDF Pro 12 as this particular version of our software has reached the end of life, and its activation servers have been shut down. This is the reason why you can't deactivate or activate your license using the serial number.
