Nikki Bakken Posted September 24 Report Share Posted September 24 Hello, I uninstalled and reinstalled to try to fix a saving bug, and now I can't get the full version again. I went to the deactivate page and it shows that have 0 computers active and 2 available. However, I get stuck in a loop. Doesn't seem like there is a way to submit a ticket. There is no where in the trial version to type my serial number. I can provide serial number and reference number from my purchase in Mau 2024 if you need. Please help, thanks! I can confirm that your serial number is a valid serial. To activate Nitro PDF Pro 14, please make sure you have the correct version installed. Please download Nitro PDF Pro 14 here: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/download Once installed, you should be able to activate by going to help > About Nitro PDF Pro > Activate > Enter your 18 digit serial number.
