How to Move Nitro Pro to a new Computer

Please tell me how to move Nitro Pro 13.70.8.82 to my new computer.  The computer ID is: XXXXXXXX.  I would also like to know why my questions are being removed from the bosrd without an answer to my legitimate question

Please note we no longer support Nitro PDF Pro 9 as this particular version of our software has reached the end of life, and its activation servers have been shut down.
