Error Code 0x4003000A

I get Error code 0x4003000A when trying to open one particular document. I'm using Nitro Pro 14.

The document does open if I use other online pdf viewers though.

Any thoughts on why this is & if I can do anything to resolve it please?

I would love to know more about the issue. I have several questions for you:

- What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab 
- Is the issue file-specific, or is it happening in all files?
- Can you please send us sample files so we can check the file and replicate the issue?
