Nitai Whitehurst Posted September 30 Report Share Posted September 30 Hello, We have several old Nitro 12 licences that we are looking to upgrade to version 14. When checking the licence numbers, it indicates they are already upgraded to 14, but when trying to enter Nitro 14, it mentions that the licence doesn't exist. Can someone please assist and let me know what could be happening here? Happy to pay for the upgrade if required, but it seems the system thinks we have upgraded.
