How do I get technical support?

Your online support tickets do not work.  They only take me back to the list of articles.  I need to speak with someone. I had Nitro installed but it wouldn't open.  So I downloaded a trial version of the software but I don't need to pay for it again.  I don't know how to find my old information. I was on the version 12.

Please note we no longer support Nitro PDF Pro 12 as this particular version of our software has reached the end of life, and its activation servers have been shut down.
