Ramon Felciano Posted October 1 Report Share Posted October 1 I'm running into a striking issue where PDF files that are being processed using the Files > OCR Files... feature just disappear. The OCR engine processes for a while, and then the file disappears from the finder and can't be found anymore. This seems like a potentially severe bug. Has anyone else run into this? I would love to know more about the issue. I have several questions for you: - Are you using the Windows or Mac version of Nitro? - What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab or Nitro PDF Pro and then About Nitro PDF Pro for the Mac version - Is the issue file-specific, or is it happening in all files? - Can you please send us sample files so we can check the file and replicate the issue?
