Could you please confirm where you see the license needs to be renewed message? If this is within the Nitro PDF Pro application, it can be activated using your Nitro PDF Pro serial number. To activate, navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro PDF Pro > Activate, enter the serial number then click Activate. But if the license issue message is in the Nitro Sign web portal, could you please confirm the email address associated with your Nitro account?
