Christopher In Posted October 3 Report Share Posted October 3 Just purchased a license for Nitro PDF Pro and have the desktop app installed (currently on trial version 14.29.1.0 on Windows). Read that I need to go to the tools bar or somewhere in the menu where it has Help>About Nitro>Activate Cant seem to locate anywhere in the program, a section that allows for activating a license key. Tried to login online and submit a support ticket, but it actually follows a loop - for e.g. I enter the serial number in (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal) there are no prompts or links other than Deactivate.. which doesnt work or is irrelevant as I have yet activated the license anywhere... and by clicking the hyperlink for submitting a ticket, it takes me back to the beginning. I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling Nitro PDF Pro 14 using the MSI installer from this – https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_14.29.1.0/en/retail/nitro_pro14_ba_x64.msi After the installation, activate it by navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro PDF Pro > Activate, entering your version 14 serial number, and clicking Activate.
