I have deactivated and installed that app several times and it still not working. I need this issued resolved immediately. I already sent an e-mail and the only instruction were the following 1. Download Nitro PDF Pro 14 here: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads 2. Activate using your serial number Just so you know THAT DOES NOT WORK. It seems like this is an on going issue since 2019 and you would think by know they could give you better instructions. Please reach out to me at **.
