Nitro PDF Pro 14 purchased, and still have trial version

Hi,

Our business purchased Nitro PDF Pro 14 and had a trial version. We have deactivated the old version on a different business we had, and activated the serial number it gave when we purchased this version. And it is still showing that we have the trial version. Will it roll over to the paid version once the trial runs out? How can we access the paid version we paid for ($179.88 for the year)?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums, and our sincere apologies for the delay.

Were you able to activate the program using the serial number? If so, a partially hidden serial number should be visible in the 'About Nitro PDF Pro' under the Help tab.

It means the program is in full version, and you should be able to use it.

Can you please provide a screenshot of the 'Trial version' message that you are receiving?
