Update to Nitro Pro 14 not working

I am trying to update from my longstanding Nitro Pro 13 to Nitro Pro 14. I entered my correct serial number and was told my account had been consolidated into a business account and to contact support. That didn't work. The second time I attempted I was told to post on this forum. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Are you trying to activate your Nitro PDF Pro 13 with serial number 504955-uvwxyz-90444?

If so, an adjustment has been executed to your Nitro PDF Pro 13 license, so please try upgrading again through our Upgrade Portal page below:
