Your Nitro PDF Pro license has been consolidated into a business license

I have an old retail boxed version of Nitro PDF Pro. I entered my serial number into the upgrade page and received the following error message:

Your Nitro PDF Pro license has been consolidated into a business license – please contact your account manager

Submitting a support ticket appears near impossible...

Can someone from Nitro please contact me regarding a PDF Pro upgrade?
