To answer your questions: 1. Nitro uses the Windows font list, so if you add a new font to the system folder, it’ll be picked up. If the fonts are being recognized by another program such as Word and not Nitro, reinstalling the program should fix this. In the event the re-installation does not work, please submit a ticket here and attach the font so we can test it on our end. 2. Unlike Word processors, bold is not an available option when editing text in Nitro. For example, if you are using Calibri and you want to make a section bold, you have to swap to the 'Calibri-Bold' font. To do this, click on the Edit tool, then select the text. The format tab will appear and here you can change the font type using the dropdown menu. Kindly refer to the screenshot attached. I hope this helps. Cheers! I want to use Montserrat-Bold and Montserrat-ExtraBold which are on my system and I can access with Microsoft Word. I tried uninstalling Nitro Pro and reinstalling but still can't see the fonts. Please update your copy of Nitro Pro by downloading the latest build here: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads This should help Nitro re-establish the connection with your system fonts folder. Thanks for your help, but I downloaded the latest build as you suggested, and unfortunately, the Montserrat fonts still do not appear. I ran a Support Tools Report and see the fonts that I want at the bottom of the fonts list (see below), I managed to edit the PDF I needed with another application which could access the fonts, but I would prefer to use Nitro for all my PDF edits if I could. Any other suggestions?
