JCN9801 Posted April 30, 2018 Report Share Posted April 30, 2018 I downloaded this file xps-8930-desktop_service-manual_en-us.pdf from the Dell website and when Nitro opens it I see the structure of a document but no usable / readable content. If you're not already on that version of Nitro, you could try updating to that version: https://www.gonitro.com/product/downloads Otherwise, maybe Nitro needs to be repaired? http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001641 Hope this helped.
