In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please send me a private message and provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Also, when you attempted to perform reinstallation, did you receive any error messages?

Thanks for your private messages.

Based on the screenshot you provided, you are accessing our Activation Portal and you attempted to deactivate a license.

Please note that the message you have received means there is nothing to deactivate so please reactivate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.

I have try clinking everything and can not find the help tab to begin the activation. 

Can you please forward the link to start the activation. appreciate your help.
