Error installing nitro 12 pro - user as no permission

hi,

i can't install nitro 12 pro on a PC with win 10.

I attacched the event of windows where crash NLSSRV32.EXE.

I have already uninstall nitro, and I have also used tool for clear/repair the register of windows.

How I can solve my problem?

Hello LucaParas,

What is the exact error message you are getting? Can you please provide us with a screenshot? Does it show an error message or does it crash? Do you have an antivirus that might be blocking Nitro from running?

Are you getting a crash report and is it asking you for an email address? If you are, please enter your email address so we can check the results on our end.

After completing new install, I recive this message:

"The service does not have sufficient privileges. Please Reinstall"

And Nitro doesn't start.

I manually restarted the service.  Service started successfully.  Service status is Running.   

As soon as I launch Nitro Pro,  the service status changes to Stopped and application error (NLSSRV32.EXE) is generated.

I try also with antivirus/firewall stopped, but the problem persist.

Hi Leslie,

The service is already in status AUTOMATIC and start correclty.

But when I launch Nitro Pro,  the service status changes to Stopped and application error (NLSSRV32.EXE) is generated.

Overs Suggestion?

Does not solve the problem, please learn to follow up on your post with further tips!  You continue to post nonsense and feel you've answered the question to the fullest degree.  Not the case.

Does not solve the problem, please learn to follow up on your post with further tips!  I have followed the directions and Nitro Pro v12 still does not open.  The splash screen just hangs.

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.
Cleanup tool

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: Stamps

When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 12.16.3.574 from the page I have provided below:

That was useless did not work.  I've been playing with this for days now.  Not anymore moving on to another PDF software.  I will be dumping all my Nitro Licensing I have 8 more for my office.  Switching to PDF Architect Pro.  Demo works just fine on my computer on the first try.  A shame, I've been using Nitro for 4 years now and never had a single problem.  Now all of the sudden it won't install and a clean install of Windows 10 v1903.

Please describe what the exact issue is. Are you getting a crash report as well? If you are, is it asking for an email address? If it is, please enter your email address so we check the crash details. 
How are you opening Nitro? By clicking on the Nitro icon, or are you opening a PDF file first?

Which build are you on? Is it just Pro 12 or one of your older versions?

Is there an antivirus that might be blocking Nitro?

Please also look up the report in Event Viewer. You can do this by using the Windows Search tool, and use the Keywords 'Event Viewer'

When you try to launch Nitro, an event should be created under the 'Application' events. Look for any relating to Nitro and send me a screenshot.
