Just upgraded to Nitro 13 from Nitro 12 but it still freezes when trying to search. It's the first thing I try.

If I don't want to search, it's super. But I need to search, and it's driving me nuts.

Hello @ParksidePeter,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Can you please send us a sample file that we can test? Please also specify what word you were trying to search.

Looking forward to your response.

I held off from replying straight away because I thought I'd fixed the problem by rebooting the PC. And search worked exactly as it should. (For me Nitro freezing when searching had been an ongoing issue with versions 12 and 11. I posted just after installing version 13.)

Then, just now, I loaded Nitro, opened a document, the same as last week, made a search, it displayed the results and and instantly froze. It doesn't matter what word or term I am searching for. You are welcome to test the document concerned but as the proof for a book it is quite large. Where should I send it?

Try create new user on your  PC and try search function its will crash.

That's an interesting idea. I managed to complete the recent task with minimal freezing episodes but next time the problem occurs I'll try that suggestion. Thanks.
