I am a affiliate, contacted nitro by e-mail, they said contact Cleverbridge, cleverbridge says contract Nitro. so...here is the deal. Some please point me in the right direction. I have never seen a company do business this way as far as support goes. I am an affiliate for Nitro Pro. I contacted Nitro about this and they said to call you since it was purchsed through the affiliate program I had a user test the Nitro software on their computer before purchasing but it turns out the Nitro program will not intergrate with this accounting firms Tax and Engagement program. I though thy had tested that but evidently not. The invoice is attached. I have no idea what the process for a refund is. So, that is what I am inquiring about. Can we refund this?
