Jim Helfrich 0 Report post Posted August 14, 2020 I have a document I created in Adobe acrobat. It has password protection to prevent the document from being changed and from document assembly. Nitro Pro will not open the document saying that it is password protected to prevent opening. This is simply not true. Anyone have any ideas as to what the issue is? Jim Helfrich 0 Report post Posted August 14, 2020 Never mind I fixed it by opening the document in Nitro Pro and setting the security settings to the exact same thing I have them set at in Acrobat and it works on all my employees workstations now. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
