selvaraj Ramasamy Posted August 17, 2020 Report Share Posted August 17, 2020 (edited) hello Team , i 'm really bit frustated of this issue and i have reported to support team via all means but still now no proper response. i have purchased Nitor Pro 12 on 13th june 2018 and so far working fine . but currently it is crashed hence i re install but now i cannot abel to activate the licence again . the error shows " SERIAL NUMBER PROVIDED DOESNT EXIST ". This means you have installed Nitro Pro 13. Your key will only work if you install version 12. Please uninstall the old version of Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 12. You can get the correct version 12 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number. Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted August 19, 2020 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted August 19, 2020 Hello @selvaraj Ramasamy Please check that the Nalpeiron Server is started by following the steps below: • Click on Start > type 'Services. • In the box, scroll down to Nalpeiron Licensing Service > Right-click > Properties. Set it to 'Automatic' and click Start. • If it will not start and you see an error, 1717, scroll down to Windows Event Log in the 'Services' dialogue box > Right-click > Properties. Set it to 'Automatic' and click Start. • Then try starting the Nalpeiron Service • Once the service is start try to run Nitro. Please let me know if you were able to get the program started.
