Nitro Pro activation error

hello Team ,

i 'm really bit frustated of this issue and i have reported to support team via all means but still now no proper response.

i have purchased Nitor Pro 12  on  13th june 2018  and so far working fine .

but currently it is crashed hence i re install  but now i cannot abel to activate the licence again .

the error shows " SERIAL NUMBER PROVIDED DOESNT EXIST ".

Can someone help me urgently .

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

This means you have installed Nitro Pro 13. Your key will only work if you install version 12.

Please uninstall the old version of Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 12. You can get the correct version 12 installers from this page: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.

Please check that the Nalpeiron Server is started by following the steps below:
•    Click on Start > type 'Services.
•    In the box, scroll down to Nalpeiron Licensing Service > Right-click > Properties. Set it to 'Automatic' and click Start.
•    If it will not start and you see an error, 1717, scroll down to Windows Event Log in the 'Services' dialogue box > Right-click > Properties. Set it to 'Automatic' and click Start.
•    Then try starting the Nalpeiron Service
•    Once the service is start try to run Nitro.

Please let me know if you were able to get the program started.

both said services are already  in "automatic " ...i'm unable to install.

i'm running business and experiencing lot of ddificutlies without pdf editor  hence i need to fix this issue urgently ....

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

CLEANUP TOOL 

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004307

When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 12.16.3.574 from the page I have provided below:

i have followed your instructions twice and restart the computer twice  but same issue exist .

after cleanup and during installation the below error shows "  "  file nlssrv32.exe is not current version "..."

if not kindly refund the amt so we can choose other software's.

its been more than  7 days still the issue not resolved.
