Bill Spandagos Posted August 19, 2020 Report Share Posted August 19, 2020 I purchased VIP Access yesterday and I entered the serial number that I used to activate Nitro Pro a few months ago, and I got a Cleverbridge reference number. I enter my email and that same serial number on this form: https://www.gonitro.com/support/ticket But it responds "Email support is provided only to customers with Nitro VIP Access."
