Purchased VIP Access but can't submit a Support Ticket

I purchased VIP Access yesterday and I entered the serial number that I used to activate Nitro Pro a few months ago, and I got a Cleverbridge reference number.

I enter my email and that same serial number on this form:

https://www.gonitro.com/support/ticket

But it responds "Email support is provided only to customers with Nitro VIP Access."

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the Nitro Pro serial number that you entered to submit a support case and order number for the newly purchased VIP Access?
